BOMBAY HIGH CONTRACT FOR L&T

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and Engineers India (EIL) have jointly won a contract valued at $41.85m from ONGC for a pipeline and platform modification (PPM) project.

The project envisages laying 42 km of submarine pipelines of sizes ranging from four feet to 16 feet with 17 risers and topside modification on 18 well/process platforms in the Bombay High and Neelam fields. The scope of the contract includes pre-engineering surveys, detailed engineering, project management, procurement, fabrication and installation.
