Most of ONGC's 75 transfers centre on Mumbai

Anyone dealing with ONGC technical heads will see a raft of new faces across the country following 75 transfers announced on April 23.

In Mumbai, Aseem Suyash, support manager at the BASSEIN asset replaced C Satish as chief offshore finance when he retired on April 30; SK Dobhal, location manager deepwater, takes over as head drilling services (deepwater) from PK Mishra who moved to the Institute of Drilling Technology on May 15; YK Dubey joins as a GGM in Mumbai and takes over as deepwater location manager drilling services on May 31; TSB Arun Kumar, head of corporate drilling safety, becomes head P&C-drilling safety on June 15. KS Ratnam, joins as ED at Mumbai replacing Obaidur Rahman as head of IMPETUS on July 31; VK Mahendru is promoted to ED heading the regional office replacing Gopinath Sarbada who moves to Hyderabad on May 15; Shyamal Chakraborty, head maintenance at the MH Asset is the new head maintenance (offshore) from May 31; equipment management head SK Tewari moves from Delhi to head the Nhava supply base near Mumbai replacing OP Singh who moves to Agartala as asset manager.

 Subodh Shrivastava became head of offshore works on April 30; BG Goswami becomes chief lab Mumbai replacing RK Shukla; Kunal Mehta replaces Sharad Rastogi as head process chemistry and from May 31 Neeraj Kumar is in charge of materials management in Mumbai.
