TERI organises 6th oil conference on 22nd March

Vol 9, PW 22 (23 Feb 06) News in Brief

One oil conference organised by GAIL has just ended but another is on its way.

This time organised by The Energy Research Institute (formerly the Tata Energy Research Institute), which is preparing for its biennial Indian Oil and Gas conference at Delhis Taj Palace hotel from 22nd March to 24th March. TERI tells us chairmen and managing directors of most national oil companies as well as CEOs from a host of private Indian and multinational oil and gas companies have already confirmed their attendance.

Energy security as well as the challenges and opportunities for Indian oil companies in the global oil and gas scene will figure high among the list of themes addresses by speakers. Presentations will also be made on NELP and the sourcing of equity oil.
