There are signs of life at Petronet-LNG's stranded Kochi terminal! On June 4, Petronet-LNG's moribund terminal received its fourth delivery of 2017 - a 140,023-cubic metre cargo aboard LNG tanker Al Utouriya imported by GAIL from RasGas for the Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT) factory at Udyogamandal.

Kochi last received a RasGas spot cargo on April 26, imported by Petronet-LNG. Before that Trafigura landed a storage cargo at Kochi on April 17 after BPCL landed an Australian cargo in February.

Elsewhere, IndianOil floated a single cargo tender on June 2 for late July or early August delivery, which closed on June 9. GSPC issued a tender on June 2 for a July cargo but scrapped it after not getting good prices.

GSPC's last cargo landed at Dahej on May 30, sourced from Nigeria LNG through SITME. This was a 152,451-cubic metre cargo shared with GSPC Pipavav Power Company.

On June 9 Torrent landed a 170,865-cubic metre Equatorial Guinea cargo, its third under a six-cargo deal with SITME.
