P Chalsiani accompanied BSES chairman R.V Shahi on a trip to Singapore between 8th and 10th November to hold discussions with Dabhol's Indian lenders.

Reliance has a 29% stake in BSES and two members on its board of directors. Chalsiani is a former employee of the National Thermal Power Corporation and privy to Reliance's ambitious plans in the power sector.

Does this also include plans to use the LNG import terminal lying ready at Dabhol
