Bids are likely for both units from Linde, Tecnimont, L&T with Haldor Topsoe, Heurtey Petrochem and ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions. GTC Technology is also likely to bid for the sulphur recovery unit.

Meanwhile, HPCL has extended from May 22 to June 12 the deadline to bid for the EPCC-1 package or the crude distillation and vacuum distillation units worth Rs1500cr ($232m).
